Pay Scale: Percentage Pay Scale
- 27% of the total line haul revenue to start. Longevity increases up to 30%
- 20 cents per mile for ALL book bounce miles beginning at mile 251
- 90% or a min. of $30.00 tarp pay if paid by customer
- $20.00 will be paid to the driver for each additional pick up and stop off
Benefits:
- Company drivers will receive $100.00 holiday pay for 6 holidays
- One week paid vacation after 1 year of continuous service

- Three weeks paid vacation after 5 years of continuous service
- $50.00 to any driver who completes a no violation DOT inspection
