Pay Scales and Benefits

Pay Scale: Percentage Pay Scale

  • 27% of the total line haul revenue to start. Longevity increases up to 30%
  • 20 cents per mile for ALL book bounce miles beginning at mile 251
  • 90% or a min. of $30.00 tarp pay if paid by customer
  • $20.00 will be paid to the driver for each additional pick up and stop off

Pay Scale: Mileage Pay Scale

  • Paid per mile on all book miles given by Operations
  • $.43/Mile to start with longevity increases to $.47/mile at 49 months
  • 90% or a min. of $30.00 tarp pay if paid by customer
  • $20.00 will be paid to the driver for each additional pick up and stop off

 

Benefits:

  • Company drivers will receive $100.00 holiday pay for 6 holidays
  • One week paid vacation after 1 year of continuous service
  • Two weeks paid vacation after 2 years of continuous service
  • Three weeks paid vacation after 5 years of continuous service
  • $50.00 to any driver who completes a no violation DOT inspection
  • Family passenger policy
  • Medical insurance is available through Wellmark-BCBS. The program  includes a prescription card,
  • and vision programs

  • $1000.00 for referral of a new driver to BTI Special Commodities
  • Hire on bonus of $500
  • BTI pays $.31 per mile and $75.00 per day for orientation
