Minimum
23 years of age.
2 years verifiable experience.
Valid C.D.L.
Pass a pre-employment physical.
Neat Appearance.
Pass a pre-employment drug test.
Complete 3-day orientation.
Stable work history. |

Any DUI * DWI or
Open container in the past 5 years.
Any chargeable accidents in the last 12 months.
Anymore than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months.
Anymore than 5 moving violations in the last 3 years.
No suspensions of any nature in the past 12 months.
No reckless/careless convictions in the past five years. |

| Benefits |
Company drivers will
receive $50.00 holiday pay.
All BTI Company drivers will receive $50.00 bonus for each year of service after having been with the company for 1 year.
One week paid vacation after 1 years of continuous service.
Two weeks paid vacation after 2 years of continuous service.
Three weeks paid vacation after 5 years of continuous service.
$50.00 to any driver who completes a no violation DOT inspection.
