23 years of age. • 2 years verifiable experience. • Valid C.D.L. • Pass a pre-employment physical. • Neat Appearance. • Pass a pre-employment drug test. • Complete 3-day orientation. • Stable work history. |

| • Any DUI * DWI or
Open container in the past 5 years. • Any chargeable accidents in the last 12 months. • Anymore than 2 moving violations in the last 12 months. • Anymore than 5 moving violations in the last 3 years. • No suspensions of any nature in the past 12 months. • No reckless/careless convictions in the past five years. |

| • Company drivers will
receive $50.00 holiday pay. • All BTI Company drivers will receive $50.00 bonus for each year of service after having been with the company for 1 year. • One week paid vacation after 1 years of continuous service. • Two weeks paid vacation after 2 years of continuous service. • Three weeks paid vacation after 5 years of continuous service. • $50.00 to any driver who completes a no violation DOT inspection. • Family passenger policy. • Medical insurance is available through United Heathcare.
